Returns and Exchange
For us, The P.Y.L brand, customer satisfaction is incredibly important. That you as a customer get the best possible experience on our website and that you are satisfied with your purchase, is the biggest priority for us. Therefore, we offer returns for both refunds and exchanges if for some reason it turns out that your order does not work for you.
Once your package has been delivered to you, you have a 30-day window to return or exchange the products you have ordered, after 30 days it will no longer be possible to return or exchange your order!
- Exchanges can only be requested for the same item in alternate sizes and colors!
- If your exchange cannot be completed due to unavailable stock or a different item is requested, a refund will be issued.
- We only except returned, exchanges or refunds for item(s) in their original, unworn/unwashed, new condition with original hangtags or it may be rejected.
- Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.
- Items covered in powder, glitter, skin cells, or other matter are subject to denial.
- Items with strong odors or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented spray, body odor, etc., will not be accepted.
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
- Personal items such as hats, underwear, socks aren’t eligible for returns due to hygienic reasons.
- Please use the generated return label/s that is assigned to each return/exchange order(s) that is emailed to you at the end of the process. Please do not send multiple/different return orders in the same package and label. They must be shipped back separately with the corresponding return label.
- You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
- If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- We are not responsible for any returned packages that are not successfully received back to our office.
- If your return is denied, we will notify you via email. Your order will then be reshipped to you within 4-7 business days.
Orders within Sweden:
- On all orders requesting returns and exchanges within Sweden, there will only be a cost for the return shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer free return shipping. We will provide labels for all exchanges for orders within Sweden.

International orders:
- Customers are responsible for paying all customs and return shipping fees. We have no control over customs fees and they vary from country to country.
